Statement of privacy and data protection

 

As the administrator, PS Moj paket d.o.o. will keep, maintain and monitor a database of individuals’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. PS Moj paket d.o.o. will process customer personal data in order to fill orders, and in order to conduct statistical sampling, surveys, adjustment and segmentation of the product range, market research, notifications about the product range, new products and deals, notification of shipped items, carrying out targeted advertising and for sending other advertising materials. PS Moj paket d.o.o. may send certain personal data to its associated entities (Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., EPPS, d.o.o., and PS Zavarovalno zastopništvo d.o.o.) for purposes of direct marketing of their services and products. In order to complete your order, your data may also be sent to our contractual partners, e.g. a delivery service, but your data will not be stored in their databases. Individuals shall permit the use of various communication channels for contact purposes, including telephone, mail, email, text messages, etc. PS Moj paket d.o.o. may process this data for its own purposes until the individual revokes their consent or until such time that the data no longer serves such purpose. During the time that the personal data is administered, the individual shall be entitled to access their data and update it in the database; they may request access to, copying, amendment, correction, blockage and deletion of personal data relating to them, and they can demand temporary or permanent cessation of the use of their personal data by PS Moj paket d.o.o. or deletion from the database. 

When addressing printed materials, PS Moj paket d.o.o. may also use data from publicly accessible databases, but will not process such data or keep it in its own information system.

By submitting their order, the customer consents to the collection, processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and in accordance with these general terms and conditions, and consents to such method of collection, processing and storage of personal data, and to the processing of personal data by contractual processors.

 

 

 

Personal data administrator

 

The personal data administrator is the application administrator.  This person safeguards the personal data against unauthorised access, tampering, disclosure or destruction using appropriate security measures. The administrator or owner of personal data may not provide it to third parties except in cases where required for purposes of the operation of the system.

 

 

Use of cookies

 

Our website uses cookies. These are small files, often composed of a unique series of numbers and letters.
