Making purchases from the online store

 

Just five steps to complete your purchase!

Step 1: Fill your Shopping Basket 
Select a product and the desired quantity, and confirm your selection by clicking “Add to Shopping Basket” (Dodaj v košarico). Some products require the selection of the desired size and/or colour before adding the product to the Shopping Basket. If you wish to keep shopping for more products, simply click “Continue Shopping” (Nadaljuj nakupovanje). When you are done shopping, click “Go to Checkout” (Na blagajno).

 

In this step, we will ask you to provide contact information that we need to confirm the order and delivery. 
New customers must fill out all of the required boxes, while existing (registered) customers simply enter their password. When you are sure that all of the information you have entered is correct, click “Next Step” (Naslednji korak).
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information to PS Moj paket d.o.o. (name, address, etc.), so that the ordered products can be delivered successfully. Existing or registered customers must notify PS Moj paket d.o.o. about any changes of address or other information that could affect the successful delivery of the ordered products. PS Moj paket d.o.o. shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer due to the provision of erroneous or incomplete information or because an existing or registered customer failed to notify PS Moj paket d.o.o. about a change of address or other data.

 

Step 2: Delivery address

Choose the delivery address that you entered upon registration, or enter a new delivery address.

 

Step 3: The delivery method is Pošta Slovenije, so the next step will lead you to the payment method.

 

Step 4: Payment method

In this step you will receive additional information about the delivery and select the payment method. Corporate customers may choose prepayment, while the majority of customers select payment on delivery.

 

Step 5: Order confirmation and completion of purchase

The contents of your Shopping Basket are displayed. The shipping costs and the total purchase price are displayed below the selected products.

By clicking “Back” (Nazaj) you can return to the previous page. By clicking “Confirm” (Potrdi), you confirm your order. 

If your order has been submitted successfully, all information about your order and its current status will be displayed on your screen. A confirmation containing the details of your order will be sent to your email address. If there are any problems with the order, simply call us at +386 2 450 21 89. Our staff will be happy to assist you.  

 

Payment options

 

You can choose either cash on delivery, prepayment, payment by credit card or payment in instalments using a Diners card.

Payment on delivery: The products will be sent to you cash on delivery. The delivery person or postal employee will accept your cash payment using a universal payment order (UPO).

 

Payment with an Activa, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa or Diners card: Credit card payments will be subject to a 3.5% surcharge. The costs are shown in purchase step 3 and on the invoice. After the completion of the transaction, which is carried out immediately after the order is submitted, we will send you the merchandise without further charges.

 

 

In the event of delays in payment we will charge the following surcharges: EUR 5 after the first payment reminder, EUR 7 after the second payment reminder and EUR 9 after the third payment reminder. In the event we are forced to initiate recovery proceedings, we will charge EUR 15 (up to EUR 85 of outstanding liabilities) or EUR 25 (more than EUR 85 of outstanding liabilities).
